Project Details: On this project for Quality Plumbing, Inc. we were called in to assist with an expedited commercial plumbing repair. In order to provide minimal interruptions to normal business operations this project had to be completed on a Saturday.
In order to meet the tight deadline we coordinated all of the layout work with Quality Plumbing prior to the scheduled Saturday scope of work. Everything went smoothly and the project was completed on time and on budget thanks to a coordinated team effort with Quality Plumbing and the hard work of our amazing crew.
In order to maximize efficiency we made use of our BROKK 400 and several electric wheelbarrows. Our choice in machinery provided maximum safety and production while also producing no emissions which is ideal for interior work such as this. Our tasks on this project included the following:
- Saw cut the concrete slab
- Remove and haul the concrete slab
- Excavate to approximately 10' deep
- Remove and haul the excavated dirt
- Supply and place the back-fill aggregate
- Grade the back-fill and prep for the pour back
- Thorough clean up inside and out
